This Mercury CleanMaster 20 inch dual speed floor buffer has 2 speeds which it can utilize for polishing or scrubbing. The 175 RPM setting is great for scrubbing carpets or hard floors. The 300 RPM setting is great for polishing waxed floors to a high shine. When used with a floor buffing solution, the 300 RPM setting can produce a spectacular shine. The trick is to take a 20" white pad, and dry buff to really help pop the shine of your floor.

This machine comes with a 21 inch apron that allows for a 19" diameter pad driver and 20" pad to be mounted to the bottom of the machine for use. Most floor buffers use a pad driver that has a 1" smaller diameter than the apron, but the CleanMaster line uses a pad driver that has a 2" smaller diameter. Hence the 19" pad driver and the 21" apron. You can use a 20" pad with this machine without problem.

All of our 20" dual speed buffers can be used on carpets or hard floors, but only this model offers a convenient switch on the motor housing. This allows you to change from low speed buffing to high speed polishing, with just the flip of a switch! The 1.5 HP DC rectified motor powers the machine through the toughest jobs, and comes backed with the Mercury name and warranty.
