This 17 inch Pacific rotary floor scrubber has a 1.5 HP motor, triple planetary gear box, and epoxy-coated aluminum base. At the base of the handle, is a kick lever, which can be used to change handle positions. You'll want to snug the handle into your chest, right above your belt line. You do not want to operate the machine with your arms outward. This will cause much fatigue, and you will not have good control over the machine, which can cause unnecessary straining.
